Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in data center rack and stack work.
• Basic understanding of server hardware and networking equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install servers, switches, routers, and other hardware into server racks.
• Build and configure data cabinets in compliance with standards.
• Route, label, and secure cables for an organized layout.
• Ensure installed equipment is powered on and functioning correctly.
• Assist with monitoring temperature and environmental controls.
• Document installation and configuration changes accurately.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working.
