Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Control Associate to coordinate planning, implementation, and supervision of the QC plan for large-scale projects, including data center builds. You will educate teams and outside consultants on QC methods and work closely with the QCS Team, PM, and Superintendent to align project expectations and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant engineering field.
• Active CQM certification with Army Corps of Engineers or recent refresher within 3 months of hire.
• OSHA-10 certification is required or equivalent.
• 2 years of data center construction experience minimum.
• Strong communication with project team and clients; familiarity with CSA disciplines.
• Knowledge of building codes, NFPA-70E, NEC.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning with QC team, PM and Superintendent to align QC program.
• Develop FOW lists per project and tie to schedule.
• Create site-specific QC programs and submit for review.
• Develop meeting and inspection templates for each FOW.
• Execute all four phases of control with subcontractors and vendors; lead required meetings.
• Inspect incoming materials for submittal compliance and storage.
• Oversee inspections and enforce corrective actions for deficiencies.
• Document and track QC documentation including third-party tests and reports.
• Provide weekly QC status reports and attend progress meetings.
• Ensure safe work practices across QC program; contribute to project closeout.
