Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA/QC for data centers or mission-critical projects.
• Experience with design-build and design-bid-build programs.
• Hands-on civil, structural, MEP&I&C disciplines.
• Leadership of QA/QC and commissioning programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor QA/QC metrics to evaluate project quality.
• Identify root causes and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Support on-site QA/QC team with guidance and structure.
• Refine QA/QC processes to improve efficiency and cross-functional communication.
• Interface with design, construction, safety, and operations to align quality.
• Provide training on QA/QC procedures and responsibilities.
• Audit activities and review MECP submittals for conformance.
• Review commissioning scripts and turnover documentation for completeness.
• Attend weekly and monthly QA/QC meetings and coordination sessions.
• Drive closure of open issues in project tracking systems.
