KGO is seeking experienced Data Center QA/QC Managers to support major data center construction projects across multiple U.S. locations, including Charlotte, NC.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring five days per week with candidates living within commuting distance of the site. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 15+ years QA/QC experience in heavy industrial construction.
• Data center construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Experience with electrical installations.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• On-site, five days/week, commuting distance required.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain the project's Quality Control Plan.
• Coordinate QA/QC inspections, testing, and field operations.
• Review submittals and testing plans.
• Manage five-phase quality process: Submittal, Pre-Installation, Initial Inspection, Follow-Up.
• Oversee as-built drawings and material records.
• Support commissioning through Level 3 commissioning.
• Identify nonconforming work and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure on-site safety and proper documentation.
