Job summary

Miller Electric is seeking a Data Center Construction- Project QA/QC Manager to lead quality oversight across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with project specs and NEC standards.

You will drive QA/CX improvements, manage schedules, and lead teams of inspectors and electricians. Relies on strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years experience with a high school diploma.
• 4–6 years experience with an associate degree.
• 0–2 years experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to relate with customers, GCs, owners and staff.
• Knowledge of electrical diagrams and NEC standards.
• Proactive task completion under deadlines.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• MS Office and related applications proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage QA/CX scope across multiple data center sites.
• Streamline QA/CX processes and monitor compliance.
• Engineer and track sites with a live schedule.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with teams and clients.
• Ensure documentation and statistics for quality performance.
• Train staff on installation procedures and standards.
• Present reports to upper management on quality activities.
