Job summary

CPG is seeking a QA/QC Commissioning Associate II to support quality control and assurance for data center critical systems through commissioning. The role involves developing QA/QC documents, coordinating tests, and ensuring compliance with specs and standards.

Travel up to 80% and work near Ashburn, VA within 100 miles; the position requires strong attention to detail, experience with SOPs, test equipment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain high quality and drive

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of inspection and/or production experience
• Experience writing and enforcing SOPs
• Solid understanding of test equipment & software
• Experience with complex facilities or mission-critical projects is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Develop QA/QC documents including certificates, calibration, test results, non-conformance reports and site observations
• Perform inspections and tests per procedures and maintain high quality standards
• Review materials for quality and ensure compliance with project specs
• Coordinate with teams to perform quality audits and ensure procedures are followed
• Assist in maintaining calibration of QA/QC equipment
• Prepare monthly reports and evaluate quality performance
