Job summary

Kiewit Industrial District in Point Pleasant, WV is seeking a Senior QA/QC leader to develop and oversee quality programs across data-center construction projects.

You will lead audits, ensure compliance with NEC/ASME/ISO standards, mentor QA staff, and collaborate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations to embed quality throughout the project lifecycle. Relocation or site travel will be required; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of quality assurance and auditing experience in data center or mission‑critical infrastructure.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC, ASME, ISO 9001, API and applicable ME construction standards.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional quality teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with QA software, audit tools, and reporting platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Programs aligned with industry standards.
• Lead and conduct internal, external, and supplier audits tied to M/E systems and commissioning phases.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, Uptime Institute best practices, and industry codes.
• Manage and mentor QA/QC professionals and auditors across multiple data center sites.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams to embed quality processes.
• Oversee audit planning, execution, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and risks.
• Serve as primary contact for client quality representatives and regulatory assessments.
• Support supplier qualification and factory witness testing for major MEP equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation and turnover of quality records.
