Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Business Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar experience supporting data center, infrastructure, technology, or related projects.
• Experience working with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools.
• Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, technical, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Create and maintain project documentation, process flows, release plans, and related deliverables.
• Support project planning, scope management, scheduling, and status reporting.
• Create and manage JIRA stories, tasks, action items, and project deliverables.
• Maintain project and operational documentation within Confluence and Microsoft Office tools.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics to support operational and project decision-making.
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
