Job summary

Hut 8 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own customer-facing delivery from lease execution through Ready for Service for our Miami data center programs. You will act as the central link among the customer, Hut 8 Commercialization, Asset Management, Engineering and Construction, and the general contractor to drive design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handoff.

• 5–10 years in project management or related fields
• Experience in data center, energy or industrial infra
• Familiarity with EPC and general contractor processes
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with cross-functional coordination

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for design, engineering, construction, and delivery through RFS.
• Coordinate day-to-day with customer, Hut 8 teams, and contractor.
• Track design development, RFIs, submittals, and schedule dependencies.
• Manage change requests end to end, including pricing and closeout.
• Present regular updates on design, procurement, and risks to customer and leadership.
• Lead recurring customer project meetings and maintain action logs.
