Job summary

ETAP in Houston delivers real-time microgrid control and power management solutions for hyperscale data centers. This Project Manager role leads projects end-to-end—from contract execution through commissioning, energization, and final acceptance—acting as the accountable leader for clients, commissioning teams, and internal engineering stakeholders.

You will drive risk assessments, manage milestones and payments, and coordinate with engineering, controls, software, and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing engineering, power systems, automation, or industrial software projects.
• Deep understanding of project lifecycle in field environments (design to acceptance).
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own full project execution across scope, schedule, budget, and contract.
• Lead client interface with hyperscale/colocation owners, commissioning agents, contractors, and utilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet technical and contractual requirements.
• Manage risk, change control, and contract interpretations.
• Oversee project reporting and handover to support.
