Job summary

Convergint seeks a full-time Project Executive to oversee a portfolio of projects within the Convergint Technology Center (CTC). You will plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget while aligning with client goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, allocate resources, and ensure quality and compliance across complex, high-value initiatives. Convergint champions growth and an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Define objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Project Execution: Lead teams, monitor progress, ensure timelines and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with customers, internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate resources with department heads and resource managers.
• Budget Management: Develop and track project budgets and variances.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify risks and implement contingency plans.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control measures and drive continuous improvement.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare status reports and maintain project docs.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members for growth and accountability.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested.
