Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Project Executive for a Data Center project in Atlanta. This role requires 10-15 years of field construction experience and a degree in Engineering or Construction Management. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, proven leadership, and previous hyperscale data center project experience. The position offers a salary range of $141,000–$250,000 plus comprehensive benefits, with responsibilities including project accountability, team management, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety.
• Verifies the accuracy of project financial forecasts.
• Ensures team creates a project-specific quality plan.
• Provides leadership in motivating project team(s).
• Directs and supervises work of project administration.
• Negotiates all aspects of contracts and agreements.
