Job summary

The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Project Engineer to support our Data Center Group. You will assist with daily project coordination, document control, procurement of materials, and safety management on active construction sites.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and a willingness to relocate for project assignments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction project experience or internship.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous internship, co-op, or relevant employment is a plus.
• Specific roles may require relocation.

Responsibilities

• Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
• Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination
• Procurement of construction materials
• Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks
• Coordination of subcontractors
• Survey and project layout
• Weekly pictures for progress reports
• Manage construction equipment
• Safety management
• Project estimating
• Inspect project site(s)

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
