Job summary

Google is seeking a facilities-focused program manager to maintain and operate the Kansas City Data Center. You will plan, execute, and optimize facility operations, driving cost efficiencies while ensuring reliability.

Responsibilities include drafting SoWs, coordinating with vendors, and managing PO lifecycles. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain uptime and deliver scalable data center services in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs) and service agreements.
• Experience in corporate accounting, managing purchase order lifecycles, and accounts payable/accounts receivable processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute work assignments with varying degrees of supervision.
• Act as the point of contact for projects as assigned by the facility manager.
• Prepare Statement of Work (SoW) for facility operations agreements.
• Obtain facilities-related vendor proposals, prepare purchase orders, and review/approve invoices.
• Work with support service vendors to resolve conflicts and issues under the direction of the facility manager.
