Job summary

Google Data Centers in Kansas City is seeking a Business Program Manager to help operate and optimize the Google Data Center. You will develop cost-saving approaches while maintaining reliability and performance for Google's services.

The role requires a Bachelor's, 2 years in program or project management, and experience with SOWs, vendor management, and budgeting. You will liaise with facilities and support service vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs) and service agreements.
Experience in corporate accounting, managing purchase order lifecycles, and accounts payable/accounts receivable processes.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute work assignments with varying degrees of supervision.
Act as the point of contact for projects as assigned by the facility manager.
Prepare Statement of Work (SoW) for facility operations agreements.
Obtain facilities-related vendor proposals, prepare purchase orders, and review/approve invoices.
Work with support service vendors to resolve conflicts and issues under the direction of the facility manager.
