The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, extensive experience in project management within the electrical industry, and a strong leadership background, with a focus on developing top-tier project/construction managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of electrical industry experience in project/construction management.
• Minimum 3 years of manager of people experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide national leadership for Data Center Services Project/Construction Managers.
• Drive productivity and growth using EBE principles and digital tools.
• Lead training and development initiatives across the team.
