Job summary

Oracle is seeking an IT Project Manager in the United States (Austin, TX) to lead data center initiatives, manage budgets, and coordinate across service teams. You will ensure capacity planning, implement changes, and maintain SOP-aligned documentation while driving on-time project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in IT project management, strong communication skills, and experience with server/storage/network hardware.

Responsibilities

• Data center utilization is maintained within capacity limits.
• Unused hardware is relocated to maximize the investment.
• Projects are completed on-time and within budget.
• Ensure facility documentation repository is complete and up-to-date.
• Assist with developing dashboards and automation to support scalable solutions.
• Work independently, evaluating issues and taking appropriate actions to resolve on open issues while understanding when to advance appropriately.
• Effective communication across all project and external stakeholder groups, and levels of management.
