What You\'ll Do
  • Provide program management support, including scripting and website development.

  • Develop web applications and scripts to facilitate distribution of design documents, generate reports, and manage permissioning.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, Third Party Data Centers (3PDC), Document Control, Knowledge Management, and Quality & Commissioning (QCx).

  • Utilize \'App Script\' to develop automation scripts for Third Party Data Centers (3PDC) related workflows.

  • Maintain and revise program documentation, engineering guides, and other technical tools.

  • Continuously monitor in-flight projects and escalate issues or blockers.

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding scripting and website development tasks pertaining to 3PDC.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple teams to gather necessary documentation and clarify requirements.

  • Identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies and collaborate with stakeholders both internally and externally.

  • Create a roadmap for a vendor portal and deliver end to end solutions.

What You\'ll Need
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a data center related field.

  • Excellent attention to detail and desire to learn new systems within data center infrastructure.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

  • Proficient in using Google Workspace applications, such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Drive.

  • Experience using Google Workspace for communication and collaboration, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Meet.

  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports using Google Sheets or other relevant tools within Google Workspace.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflict resolution.

The minimum salary for this position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE\’s applicable benefit program.
