Job description

Data Center Program Manager - Power Delivery REMOTE

This role is for a highly motivated professional with an electrical engineering background and experience in design, construction, operation, and maintenance of Power Delivery infrastructure.

The Power Delivery Project Manager will manage complex electrical infrastructure projects, including developing Statements of Work (SOWs), TCO analyses, concept designs, and reviewing vendor submissions. The candidate should have a deep understanding of building construction and design, along with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop delivery and execution plans for power delivery from grid utility and alternative solutions.
  • Support design risk evaluation, risk management, and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage change control, cost approval processes, proposal reviews, contract awards, and document processing.
  • Monitor project schedules, generate progress reports, and support contract negotiations.
  • Provide cost estimates, ensure QA/QC compliance, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in Energy/Power Substation delivery.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Power and Energy sector or mission-critical facilities.
  • Experience with high and medium voltage electrical systems and construction methods.
  • Knowledge of cross-disciplinary teams including structural, civil, IT/Telecom, security, mechanical, and architectural.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, analyze issues, and work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in report writing, presentations, and travel flexibility.
Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $150,000 to $180,000 annually, with potential bonuses. Benefits include 401(k), dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
