Job summary

Jacobs seeks a Project Manager to lead complex, multi-discipline programs for Data Center clients. You will drive project execution, manage performance, and sustain client relationships while coordinating architectural, civil, structural, MEP, and process teams.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and sound business judgment in fast-paced, mission-critical projects. Hybrid work is available across the United States with a base salary range of $134,500–$185,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 5–12 years of progressive project management experience on industrial or technically complex facility programs.
• Minimum 2 years demonstrated PM experience on Data Center, Advanced Technology, or Semiconductor projects as PM.
• Proficiency in project controls tools P6 or MS Project (scheduling), cost tracking systems, and earned value reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the project management plan scope, schedule, budget, fee forecasting, contract administration, and risk register.
• Coordinate multi-discipline engineering teams from concept through construction administration; chair weekly design coordination meetings.
• Interface with owner/operator teams on design criteria, standards, and program-level reporting.
• Manage change order processes with disciplined scope and cost substantiation; enforce QA/QC reviews.
• Serve as primary client point of contact; provide monthly dashboards and issue escalation.
