Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, multi-discipline data center and manufacturing programs for top clients. You will drive project execution, manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships while coordinating architects, engineers, and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture or related field
• 5–12 years of progressive PM experience on industrial or technically complex facility programs
• Minimum 2 years PM experience on Data Center/Advanced Technology/semiconductor projects
• Proficiency in scheduling with P6 or MS Project and earned value reporting

Responsibilities

• Own the project management plan scope, schedule, budget, fee forecasting, contract administration, and risk register
• Manage engineering fee budgets and subcontracts; track earned value and cost performance
• Lead project schedule development in P6 or MS Project and drive critical path analysis
• Coordinate multi-discipline engineering teams from concept to construction; chair design coordination meetings
• Represent owner's interests during design reviews, RFIs, submittals, and site observation
• Interface with owner/operator teams on design criteria and program reporting
• Enforce Jacobs quality management plan and safety reviews
• Support business development with technical proposals and client presentations
