Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a civil or related background.
• Experience in data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Knowledge of site entitlements, permitting, and infrastructure design.
• Proven ability to manage both project delivery and client development (ideally 50/50).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle data center projects from planning to commissioning.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams across civil, power, and infrastructure.
• Partner with clients to deliver innovative, cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
• Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical standards across programs.
• Develop and execute business development strategies, including proposals and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with tech, telecom, and hyperscale clients.
• Integrate digital tools (BIM, CAD, AI) into workflows.
• Mentor and develop emerging technical and PM talent.
