Metric Geo, a leading national engineering consultancy, seeks a Data Center Program Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of complex data center projects across Texas, Ohio, and the Midwest.

This role blends strategic business development and technical leadership, perfect for a licensed civil engineer who can manage client relationships, guide project teams, and drive growth within a flat, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• PE license required; civil or related background.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of site entitlements, permitting, and infrastructure design.
• Proven ability to manage both project delivery and client development (50/50).

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle data center projects from planning to commissioning.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams across civil, power, and infrastructure.
• Partner with clients to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical standards across programs.
• Develop and execute business development strategies including proposals and presentations.
• Build relationships with tech, telecom, and hyperscale clients.
• Integrate BIM, CAD, and AI into project workflows.
• Mentor and develop project teams.
