Job summary

Google seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead end-to-end design, development, construction, and commissioning of large-scale data center facilities. You will drive complex infrastructure projects across multiple builds, overseeing computer farms, power distribution, and cooling technologies.

The role requires coordinating across partner teams, managing change, and delivering facilities on time and within budget while aligning with global Google standards.

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, including knowledge of fast track design build processes and associated documents and contracts.
• Understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry and start up/commissioning processes.

You will serve as the central point of alignment across partner teams, deftly navigating shifting priorities and managing change controls to ensure every facility is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
