Qualifications

• 5+ years procurement or supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• Experience in strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations and cost optimization.
• Ability to analyze data and develop business cases with financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial relationship with General Contractors delivering AWS data centers.
• Develop sourcing strategies and drive competitive bidding and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Construction, Design, Legal, Finance, and PM to remove blockers and meet milestones.
• Benchmark pricing, identify cost-saving opportunities and flag commercial risks.
• Create procurement playbooks and contract standards to raise the bar across AWS data center projects.
