Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in performing Cost Estimates for Critical Facilities projects.
• Heavy Construction Projects experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in the Military or as a Military veteran in Electrical/Mechanical fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Price and Cost Proposals.
• Conduct labor rate reviews to ensure contract compliance.
• Assist with preparation of Sales Proposals and sales strategies.
• Develop cost estimates from engineering drawings.
