Job summary

Sensata Technologies is seeking a Power & Peak Product Manager to shape next-generation power solutions for AI data centers, guiding strategy as the industry transitions to 800 VDC architectures and addressing power conversion, energy storage, protection, distribution, rack infra, and AI compute needs.

Responsibilities

• Owns product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and business case for data center power conversion and peak power solutions through lifecycle.
• Translates hyperscaler, AI infrastructure, and data center needs into differentiated products and roadmaps.
• Engages with hyperscalers, data center operators, OEMs, ODMs, EPCs and system integrators to identify future power requirements and opportunities.
• Leads cross-functional execution, identifies gaps, and explores partnerships or acquisitions to strengthen market position.
• Oversees pricing strategy within the product lifecycle and ensures alignment with market conditions.
• Manages the balanced scorecard for the product line and drives roadmap execution and improvements.
