Associated Bank is seeking a Portfolio Manager - Data Centers in Chicago to oversee underwriting, credit monitoring, and portfolio management for project finance relationships in the data center sector.

You'll work with relationship managers, credit professionals, and internal stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, manage risk, and support transactions from diligence through closing. CFA designation or progress toward it is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of Commercial Banking or related credit experience.
• 3+ years of MS Office usage (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint).
• CFA designation or progress toward it (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial statements and project data to evaluate credit opportunities.
• Underwrite new transactions with due diligence and assist closing.
• Monitor portfolio including annual reviews and covenant compliance.
• Review market studies, financial models, and legal docs to support recommendations.
• Partner with relationship managers to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Develop financial models including cash flow forecasting and debt structures.
