Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Specialist, Physical Security Assurance to execute audits, control testing, and compliance activities across North America. You will coordinate evidence, manage action plans, and support audit readiness while collaborating with Security, Operations, Technology, and Construction teams.

The role requires 3+ years in security/audit, strong documentation, and experience with dashboards (Power BI/Tableau). A hybrid work model and travel up to 25% are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in physical security, audit, compliance, or risk management.
• Experience with access control, video management, intrusion systems.
• Translate requirements into repeatable test procedures.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong attention to detail and documenting evidence.

Responsibilities

• Audit site environments and perform control testing.
• Collect, review and maintain audit evidence.
• Maintain corrective-action registers and track closure.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of programs and deliverables.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to improve controls.
• Coordinate evidence collection for internal and external audits.
• Monitor program performance and report findings.
