• 7+ years of construction scheduling experience on large projects.
• Extensive CPM schedule review and analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of critical path methodology.

• Ability to analyze multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong construction sequencing knowledge.
• Ability to work onsite at assigned project location.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor schedules submitted weekly.
• Analyze critical path activities and project performance.
• Evaluate schedule health and compliance.
• Develop schedule variance and forecasting reports.
• Identify delays, risks, and recovery opportunities.
• Support multiple active data center projects simultaneously.
• Present schedule findings to Construction Managers.
• Monitor milestones, procurement activities, and commissioning progress.
• Develop executive reporting and risk summaries.
