Job summary

TEKsystems in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Technical Support Tech I to maintain the hardware infrastructure of cloud server technologies. The role requires the ability to quickly resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis and CLI diagnostics.

This contract-to-hire position is fully onsite in Atlanta, with first-shift schedule M-F 8-5 and potential schedule changes based on business needs; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate advanced technical information to individuals with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis for hardware issues across server and network devices.
• Solid understanding of computers, servers, network devices, and command-line diagnostics.

Job Title: Technical Support Tech I

Training Schedule: M-F 8-5 (East Point ATL Site - This is subject to change)

Schedule: While initial shifts are as described schedules may be adjusted based on business needs. This may include flexing hours extending shifts up to 12 hours potential night shifts and other changes as required. Schedule modifications will be communicated in advance when possible.

For this position you will be tasked with maintaining the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly and accurately resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis with a solid understanding of computers servers network devices and command line diagnostics.

You must possess: technical aptitude and the ability to communicate advanced technical information with a variety individuals of varying technical knowledge good situational awareness the capability to contribute to strong inter and intra-team development strong analytical skills demonstrated problem solving ability.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.79 - $25.79/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
