Serverfarm is seeking a Data Center Operations Security Program Manager to design, implement, and govern the physical security program across one or more campuses. You will establish policies, procedures, and risk-management controls to protect personnel, assets, and data, aligning with industry standards.

The Data Center Operations Security Program Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the physical security program across one or more data-center campuses. This role ensures the protection of personnel, critical infrastructure, customer assets, and information by establishing standardized security policies, operational procedures, compliance controls, and risk-management frameworks aligned with industry standards and operational best practices.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop, own, and maintain the enterprise physical security program for data-center operations

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills

• CPP, PSP, CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications.
• Experience in data-center, colocation, or hyperscale environments.
• Familiarity with SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST frameworks.
• Experience managing large security vendors and contracts.
