Qualifications

• Associate's degree or certified training in a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management in mission-critical facilities or real estate development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management or Reliability Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive efforts to test, validate, improve, and certify new processes and procedures for critical complex equipment operation for the data center domain.
• Lead efforts to perform compliance activities for a data center and analyze results for global sites.
• Monitor data center systems operations and coordinate site activities to minimize risk and ensure responsive recovery.
• Develop strategies to keep operational costs to a minimum while improving efficiency and reliability.
• Lead site-level development of programs and initiatives to reduce environmental impact and manage costs.
