Job summary

Oracle in Saline, MI is seeking an experienced Cloud Data Center Operations leader with strong people management, business acumen and IT know‑how to guide our onsite data center teams. This role will manage a multi‑disciplined DC space, oversee 15–20 technicians, and drive 24/7 operations to meet milestones and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing large DC operations teams.
• Proven ability to manage 7/24 mission critical data center operations.
• Strong knowledge of server, storage, and networking hardware.
• Experience with incident management and rapid resolution.
• Experience in capacity planning and site expansion.
• Proven recruiting and hiring of technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage the physical Saline, MI site and multi-disciplined Cloud Data Center space.
• Lead 15–20 Data Center Technicians and 24/7 operations.
• Oversee installation, field changes and hardware break/fix activity.
• Ensure timely delivery of services/tasks to meet milestones and KPIs.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Build, Site Selection, and Business Operations.
• React to incidents, drive resolution and post-incident analysis.
• Drive capacity expansion (rack/space, new sites) and recruitment.
• Create an environment of continuous improvement.
