Job description

Overview

Susquehanna International Group is looking for a key player in our Northeast Colocation Services team, where innovation meets critical infrastructure. You'll support and manage data center technologies across multiple locations in Northern New Jersey, ensuring rapid response to technical issues and deployments in our fast-paced trading environment.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies, including:

  • Networking and telecommunications
  • Server hardware and software
  • Tools for managing complex IT environments
  • Security systems

Location & Schedule
This role is based in Secaucus, New Jersey, and involves local travel to our data centers and colocation facilities throughout the region. Since most support activities occur after trading hours (post 4:30 PM EST), a flexible schedule is essential.

What we're looking for
  • 1+ years in technical field support, systems administration, or data center operations
  • Solid knowledge of Windows and networking; basic Linux/Unix skills a plus
  • Experience with server/network installations and deployments
  • Valid driver’s license for local travel
  • Ability to lift/move up to 65+ pounds
  • Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in IT or a related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with data center facilities management (power, cooling) is a plus
  • Experience with scripting, automation, or development is highly desirable
