Job summary

Salute is seeking an MSO to join our data center team in Texas. You will support electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems to maintain uptime for mission-critical servers.

Work with Data Center Operators, clients, and vendors to perform preventative maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations per SLAs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of site facility infrastructure including power and thermal management.
• Experience with pumps, CRACs, switchgear, BMS, and life-safety systems is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to escalate issues per SLA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center infrastructure to ensure high availability and uptime.
• Test and install data center infrastructure equipment and services with senior staff.
• Provide monitoring, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations per checklists.
• Generate end-user performance reports and incident metrics for stakeholders.
