ABB is seeking a Site Manager to lead onsite startup, testing, and commissioning of data center power delivery systems in a remote US role. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, ensure safety and quality, and act as the primary client interface.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electrical equipment field service, startup, testing, or commissioning.
• Experience supporting data center construction or mission-critical electrical infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, electrical protection systems, and power distribution equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite activities for startup, testing, installation, and commissioning per scope, safety, and schedule.
• Serve as primary onsite client representative and maintain relationships.
• Plan onsite activities, labor, equipment, and coordination with trades.
• Implement and uphold ABB HSE standards on site.
• Ensure accurate field documentation, drawings, and punchlist updates.
• Oversee ABB subcontractors for safety, quality, and schedule.
• Monitor costs, track schedule, and manage onsite purchasing.
• Provide leadership to ABB field engineers and technicians.
