The role leads maintenance, drives projects, and mentors Engineering Operations Technicians while coordinating with global teams to reduce costs and improve resiliency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience.
• Experience reading and writing procedures, technical documents, and engineering drawings.
• 3+ years of electrical facilities maintenance and 2+ years of mechanical facilities maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• The NCE is responsible for ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center is operating at peak efficiency.
• Plan preventative maintenance, perform daily corrective work, and respond to emergencies.
• Manage small-to-medium projects from conception to completion, including cost tracking and vendor quotes.
• Direct, train and support EOTs, and coordinate with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
