Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Network Deployment Planner to lead planning and execution of interdependent capacity scaling projects across multiple data centers.

You will coordinate with supply chain, procurement, network engineering, and technical program managers to deliver capacity to field technicians. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in project management and hands-on experience with network hardware, cabling, and project coordination in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of project management experience.
• 1+ years of relevant discipline work experience.
• Experience with network hardware: copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, routers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to timelines and manage capacity deployment.
• Collaborate with Install/Deployment Technicians, Supply Chain & Procurement, Network Engineers and PMs.
• Plan and coordinate design, timeline, and construction milestones for capacity projects.
• Know cabling infrastructure best practices and network fundamentals.
• Prioritize tasks and manage risks, schedules, and budgets under pressure.
