Tek Leaders Inc. is seeking a skilled network engineer for a 100% onsite role at Joint Base Andrews, MD. The position requires a 5+ year track record in secure DoD/network environments and DoD 8140 IAT Level II/III baseline certifications.

You will configure and troubleshoot Cisco enterprise gear, manage DNA Center and ISE, and support HAIPE encryption and TACLANE devices. Candidates should hold CCNA/CCNP or equivalent, experience with RSA Authentication Manager, and familiarity with STIGs and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering or 5+ years networking experience.
• Must meet DoD 8140 IAT II/III baseline certs (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+).
• Proficient in enterprise Cisco switches/routers and applicable security controls.
• Experience with DISA STIGs and multicast IPTV protocols.

Location: 1191 Menoher Drive, Joint Base Andrews, MD (100% Onsite Position)

Duration: Long Term

Required Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical military/civilian experience (typically 5+ years of hands‑on network engineering experience in secure environments).
• Must meet DoD 8140 IAT Level II or III baseline certification requirements (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, or CISSP).
• Professional‑level network certification required (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) , Cisco CCNP Enterprise, F5-CA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise‑grade switches and routers (specifically Cisco platforms).
• Hands‑on administration of Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center), Cisco ISE, and F5 Local/Global Traffic Managers.
• Experience with RSA Authentication Manager database administration and user agent configuration.
• Direct experience configuring, keying, and troubleshooting TACLANE HAIPE encryption units.
• Proficiency knowledge of DISA STIGs for network devices and appliances
• Familiarity with SNMP monitoring protocols, Cacti, and multicast routing protocols (e.g., PIM, IGMP snooping) for IPTV systems.
