Qualifications

• Experience in Data Center operations and ML hardware logistics.
• Experience with high-density server/rack vertical and DCIM tools.
• Strong organizational and proactive attitude.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify ML server/rack requirements and coordinate delivery to meet capacity and company requirements.
• Provide dedicated program management support, including deployment issue resolution, program performance monitoring, and adherence to SLAs.
• Ensure maximum efficiency and optimization in rack integration and hardware movement to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor critical infrastructure shipments to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries; troubleshoot supply chain discrepancies as needed.
• Communicate with Engineering, Core Enablement owners, and management to hit deployment goals.
• Handle stakeholder expectations and provide recommendations for ML infrastructure initiatives and long-range goals.
• Identify strategies to increase asset utilization from internal clients and manage rack space opportunities.
• Enter data into Data Center tools and maintain required reports.
• Process, audit, and file Core Enablement documentation.
• Support a Lean culture within the server staging and data center workflow.
