Job summary

The role emphasizes project management, logistics, and stakeholder communication to drive asset utilization, on-time deliveries, and continuous improvement across the data center workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 2 years of experience in Data Center operations, ML hardware logistics, or supply chain.
• Project management experience in high-density server/rack environments.
• Experience with DCIM/inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify ML server/rack requirements and coordinate delivery to ensure Data Center capacity and company requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Provide dedicated program management support, including deployment issue resolution, program performance monitoring, and adherence to SLAs.
• Ensure maximum efficiency and optimization in rack integration and hardware movement to achieve operational success and quality goals.
• Monitor critical infrastructure shipments to ensure on-time deliveries; troubleshoot and resolve supply chain discrepancies as needed.
• Communicate with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to achieve deployment goals and objectives.
• Support ML infrastructure strategic initiatives and long-range asset utilization goals.
