TYG is seeking an experienced MEP Director/Project Manager for Mission Critical data-center programs across the United States. You will lead complex procurement and logistics for MEP systems, manage vendor performance, and present financial forecasts to executives.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering or related field, 5+ years in procurement/logistics, and strong data center system knowledge. Expect travel and leadership of cross-functional teams within a large GC environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, supply chain management or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, construction management or project delivery.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar procurement budgets and supplier relationships.
• Strong knowledge of data center mechanical and electrical systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple complex MEP equipment procurement and logistics projects from PO through delivery.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, contractors and executives.
• Manage vendor performance, submittals, schedules, shipments and quality requirements.
• Oversee multimillion-dollar procurement budgets, forecasting, change orders, and risk.
• Identify procurement, supply chain and delivery risks and develop recovery plans.
• Develop standardized logistics processes, reporting, and KPIs.
• Oversee project documentation including POs, contracts, RFIs, schedules and closeout records.
• Present performance and forecasts to executive leadership.
• Travel ~25% to project sites and facilities.
