Jacobs is seeking a Mechanical Start-Up and Commissioning Specialist to join our team serving hyperscale data centers and enterprise facilities. You will develop and execute commissioning plans for mechanical and utility systems, and coordinate with OEMs and construction teams to ensure safe, reliable startup.

Ideal candidates have a Mechanical Engineering degree with 5+ years in data-center Start‑Up and Commissioning, travel flexibility, and strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years Start‑Up and Commissioning in data center/mission‑critical facilities.
• Strong understanding of data center mechanical systems and cooling.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop start‑up and commissioning plans and documentation.
• Execute start‑up and commissioning for mechanical and utility systems.
• Coordinate with OEM service techs and construction management.
• Lead start‑up meetings and maintain action item logs.
• Apply HVAC, chilled water, pumps, and building automation knowledge.
