Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Mechanical Lead Technician to drive maintenance strategy for mission-critical data centers. You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective programs for cooling systems, ensuring redundancy and thermal stability.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of critical facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience leading maintenance programs and vendor scopes.
• Strong CMMS knowledge and data governance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and sequences.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance for CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, CDUs, pumps, cooling towers.
• Serve as technical authority for cooling redundancy and thermal resiliency during maintenance.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, MOPs, EOPs and change-control.
• Plan and approve outages, isolations, lockouts, and flow changes while preserving cooling capacity.
• Coordinate HVAC vendor work and review test results and corrective actions for quality.
