Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in the trade.
• Formal training in approved vocational schools in the fundamentals of the trade.

Responsibilities

• Break fix of electro-mechanical systems (HVAC, Hydronics, Appliances, rollup doors, dock locks, air compressors).
• Spill and leak detection system inspections/repairs.
• Hydronic rack cooling maintenance and commissioning.
• PMs on HVAC and Hydronic systems (pumps, strainers, cooling towers).
• Team scheduling and material requisition.
• Contribute to site failure reporting (Equipment Status Log).
• Mechanical project support.
• Clean In Place on heat exchangers.
• Chiller tube inspections and cleaning.
• Site plumbing maintenance/repair.
• Eyewash stations/Shower maintenance.
• Forklift maintenance.
• Gas valve PMs.
