You’ll join a team of associates, supply chain specialists, program managers, operations managers, and other critical partners. You’ll work across the Logistics and Imaging Team (LIT) to help ensure employees receive the equipment they need to do their jobs, while helping drive consistent, reliable, and scalable operational processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning daily execution, solving operational problems, supporting frontline teams, and improving how work gets done. The Operations Support position will help coordinate laptop and IT equipment workflows, monitor operational health, resolve blockers, support escalations, and ensure that service levels and customer expectations are met.
While this role will support projects and process improvement initiatives, the primary focus is leading day‑to‑day operations. The right candidate will be comfortable balancing hands‑on execution with cross‑functional coordination, using data to identify gaps, and working with teams across operations, logistics, inventory, IT, and support functions.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, and able to lead through influence. They should be able to understand operational processes quickly, identify areas for improvement, and help implement practical solutions that improve accuracy, speed, and customer experience.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
