Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics operations experience
• 4+ years of shipping & receiving, inventory and warehousing practices experience
• 5+ years in a management position with 5+ direct reports

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data center materials professionals with clear expectations and onboarding plans.
• Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies balancing stock, demand, and costs across data center operations.
• Drive operational excellence by setting metrics, monitoring SLAs, auditing quality, and escalating risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics, resolve supply chain challenges, and align materials delivery with priorities.
• Identify and lead process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste across materials management.
