Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Materials Manager to lead inventory management strategies and coordinate with vendors to maximize customer experience and operational efficiency. The role focuses on creating schedules, dashboards, and scalable tools within AWS ISCaP.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines, and help define and deliver supply chain strategies for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python.
• Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consumer electronics product company.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration, or operations — including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, and operational/financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create and clearly communicate supply schedules, priorities, and status to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable and reliable analytical tools, dashboards, and metrics that drive key decisions and resource prioritization.
• Serve as a key member of the AWS Infrastructure supply chain team in helping to define and deliver complex supply chain strategies.
• Handle multiple projects at once, deal with ambiguity and rapidly-changing priorities.
