Job summary

STN Incorporated seeks a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support the operation of our data center environments. You will manage movement, storage, tracking, and delivery of IT assets including servers, network gear, racks, cables, and spare parts, ensuring accuracy and timely availability.

You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, work with data center teams, procurement, and vendors, and maintain compliance with security and asset lifecycle processes to sustain uptime and

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, IT or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years in logistics, inventory control, warehouse ops, or supply chain management.
• Experience in data center, tech, or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Experience with inventory management, ERP, WMS, or asset tracking systems.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to generate inventory reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement, storage, tracking, and delivery of IT assets in data center environments.
• Maintain accurate inventory, perform cycle counts, and manage asset lifecycle.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and verify deliveries against orders.
• Support staging, decommissioning, and asset disposition activities.
• Serve as liaison with vendors, carriers, procurement, and data center teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and company policies.
